Trailblazers: The Creative Story Behind Mountain Biking in Santa Cruz
Explore how the Santa Cruz County mountain biking community blazed the trail for creativity and innovation.
Visit the Museum for free all-day, but be sure to come back in the afternoon for crafts, music, and more. Catch up with friends in Abbott Square and grab a bite to eat from one of your favorite Market vendors. This monthly event brings all of Santa Cruz County together for a day overflowing with local creativity and connection.
Swing by anytime, the museum is free all day from 10am-9pm.

Hear from the MAH's new Executive Director, Robb Woulfe. Join Robb in Abbott Square at 6:15pm for a First Friday welcoming statement.
Groove to live music out in Abbott Square with Dafunkus from 6:30-9pm. Enjoy funky rhythms and covers from your favorite funk artists like Stevie and Vulfpeck, Dafunkus will rock your socks off with some of their original "certified bangers" Toad in the Road and Great Blue Heron. With kid-friendly lyrics and life lessons embedded in our songs you will walk away from a Dafunkus show singing one of our songs in your head and being wiser because of it.
Grab a bite to eat from Abbott Square Market. Take your pick from any of the eight restaurants or two bars in the Market attached to the museum.
Drop by the museum for hands-on craft activities from 5-9pm. Learn how to plant seeds in recycled containers and take your little sprouts home with you.
