Movie Screening at Evergreen Cemetery: Tim Burton’s “The Nightmare Before Christmas”

Save to:

Enjoy Tim Burton’s classic, “The Nightmare Before Christmas”  under the stars and among the trees in historic Evergreen Cemetery. We’ll supply the popcorn and hot cocoa, but please dress warmly and bring blankets or chairs for sitting.

Get ready, this movie is a singalong!

Weather permitting

The 1993 film follows the misadventures of Jack Skellington, Halloweentown’s beloved pumpkin king, who has become bored with the same annual routine of frightening people in the “real world.” When Jack accidentally stumbles on Christmastown, all bright colors and warm spirits, he gets a new lease on life — he plots to bring Christmas under his control by kidnapping Santa Claus and taking over the role. But Jack soon discovers even the best-laid plans of mice and skeleton men can go seriously awry.

Are the tall, high backed beach chairs OK, or do you want only low back / low beach chairs requested? Makes a big difference at outdoor movies…

Is the site wheelchair accessible? I have a mobility scooter which can traverse grass or dirt pretty easily, but not gravel. Thanks!
